    Pricing Guide

    Birchgrove Basic Web Site Design- Two or more web pages dedicated to the purpose indicated by you. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

    The following features are included, with some exceptions case by case:
    • Consultation- There is no charge for up to two (2) hours of consultation time in which Birch Grove Graphics will help you determine the needs and goals of you and your business or interests. If, at that time you select Birch Grove Graphics to create your Web Site, a nonrefundable deposit of $150.00 is due. Additional consultation may take place by phone, e-mail or in person, as necessary. Long distance telephone charges for consultation are not included, and will be added, at cost, to total amount due.
    • Index Page $100.00
    • Each Additional Page $50.00 each
    • Text- Up to 200 words per page, provided by you.
    • Links- One e-mail link to your e-mail address, navigation links for pages included in web site and up to two (2) external site links per web page. Birch Grove Graphics will provide, upon request, a "Contact Webmaster" for viewer comment e-mail at the bottom of each page. Additional Links: $5.00 each
    • Graphics Set- Your Logo, background, navigational bar, bullets, buttons and dividers comprise the Graphics Set. Other graphics and photos provided by you may be scanned, created or photographed at your request for an agreed upon fee. There is no additional charge to use web-ready graphics or digital copyright free images you provide.
    • Search Engine Submission: Upon completion of and total payment for your web site, your main page will be submitted to 10-15 major search engines using your top 10 keywords. Additional Search Engine Placement Services are available upon request.
    • The Minimum charge for a Web Site is $200.00, not including hosting.

    Rates for redesigning a Web Site are the same as for a new site.

    Please note: Minimum hosting can be arranged starting at $175 per year (includes your domain registration) or you may make hosting arrangements yourself. Hosting rates vary, depending on the amount of space and file transfer your site requires. Birch Grove Graphics does not provide your Internet Service Provider connection or E-Mail service.

    Estimated Pricing is presented, because each website is unique and requires different levels of expertise. Some basic costs might be:

    • Deposit (included in Basic 2 Page Site below) $150.00 (nonrefundable)
    • Basic 2 Page Web Site (incl. Graphics Set & Deposit) $200.00
    • Additional Pages (same design/layout) $50.00
    • Additional Graphics (per graphic) $50.00 minimum $175.00 maximum
    • Graphics Editing (per graphic) $25.00 minimum $150.00 maximum
    • Animated Graphics (per graphic) $75.00 minimum $250.00 maximum
    • Location Visit (to take photos, video, etc.) $75.00 per visit
    • Digital Photographs (taken by Birch Grove Graphics) $10.00 ea. file used; Client provided photos used upon request (editing fees may apply).
    • Annual site maintenance starting at $175 per year (includes your domain registration and minimum site hosting).
