Bedspread

I cut the fabric into two pieces to double the width. The pieces are laid out right side up to match the pattern.
I folded under about an inch and a half of the top piece of fabric and matched the pattern carefully.
Then I stitched down the top side along the fold from top to bottom. The pattern lined up very well, although if I were to do this again I would try to stitch closer to the fold.
Then I trimmed the sewn edges of the "wrong" side of the bedspread on side short and the other one long enough to enfold the short side. This makes a flat-felled seam like you find on bluejeans.

The edge of the longer side tucked around the shorter one and laid nice and flat.

Then I stitched along the folded edge.
Once the center seam was finished, I folded under the outside edges once and sewed it. Then I folded it under again to make a nice rolled edge hem.

I use a walking foot so the fabric won't bunch, although with pre-quilted fabric it's not as much of an issue.
